In your Citrix Internet Explorer, go to the gear icon at the top right and select Internet Options from the dropdown menu. Go to the Privacy tab and slide the bar down to medium. Then open the Sites button below it and add gc.ca with the Allow button. Then go back to the General tab and click Delete..., uncheck the top box and make sure Temporary Internet Files and Cookies are checked and click Delete at the bottom. Make sure the Apply or Ok buttons are selected then close out of the window and close Internet Explorer. When you start it again after this you should be able to use the CRA website with no issues.
