If you have scanned a document either from your workstation scanner or from one of the photo copiers and they are not showing up, here are a few things to check before submitting a ticket.
1. Make sure that the refresh icon is ticked

2. Close out of doc it completely by right clicking the doc-it icon in your system tray in the bottom right corner of your main screen and closing.

3. Reopen the doc-it icon from your desktop or start menu.
