goto meeting and local outlook

Problem: Goto Meeting is trying to open outlook when scheduling a meeting and hangs.

Goto meeting cannot interface with outlook in the citrix environment . To this end I have found it best to turn off the integration from goto meeting to outlook. This will stop the software from automatically opening the scheduled items in outlook and will bring it up in the native viewer in gotomeeting. This will allow you to copy and paste the item into outlook and send across as normal.

To disable the integration to with outlook do the following:

1. Right click on the goto meeting icon in the system tray
2. Select Preferences...
3. Click on Integrations and uncheck Use GoToMeeting with
