When you are having difficulty with your monitors, if it is regarding one monitor not showing up or the screens are mixed up here are some following troubleshooting idea's you can go through first before submitting a ticket.
Monitor with no display
When your monitor has no display, please check the following things -
1. Check all cables are plugged in and not loose
2. If it is the monitor that is connected via the extendable USB graphics card, switch USB ports
3. Make sure it is plugged in turned on and the light on the front is on.
Screens are displaying incorrectly
If you screens are not displaying correctly please use the following steps to troulbeshoot your issues.
Right Click on your desktop and select "screen resolution" which should bring you to a screen like this;

1. If your screens are displayed incorrectly Click on the "Identify" button. This will show 3 numbers on your screen. Make sure they are in corresponding order to what you have displayed in the box.
3. If your monitors are showing duplicate screens. Click on the "multiple display" drop down tab and choose "Extend desktop to this display"
4. If you are using a widescreen monitor which is tilted on its side, Make sure the "orientation tab" is set to "portrait" on the correct monitor.
5. If you want to use one of your other monitors are your main screen, click on the monitor in which you wish to switch to and click the tick box "make this my main display".
